I,CAtherine Cotton,widow of Louis Cotton,late of the
Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,Eennsylvania,deceased,
being of sound and disposing mind and memory,do hereby make,de-
clare and publish this my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking
any and all former Will or Wills by me heretofore made.
1st.I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses
be promptly paid.
2nd.After the payment of my debts and funeral expenses,
I give,devise,and bequeath all of my prolerty to my children
and grand children in the folloWing manner,to wit,-a one-ninth
interest of all property,re~l personal and mixed,to each of my
seven children,Desiree Bertouille,Joseph Cotton,Noel cotton,
Alphonsine Joiret,Elma Sauvage,!~elia Ducoeur and Alphonse J.
Cotton and a similiar one-ninth portion to the four children of
my deceasea son,Gustave Cotton in equal shares,also a similiar
one-ninth portion to the four children of my deoeased daughter
Mathilda Ornier,in equal shares.
3rd.I constitute and appoint my two sons,Jos~ph Cotton
ana Alrhonse J.Cotton,Executors of this Will and especially
authorize them to sell and dispose of all my 1eal Estate and by
p.l::'oper Deed or Deeds,oonveyances or assurances in the Law,to be
dUly executed,acknowledged and perfected,to grant,convey and
assure the same to the purchaser or rurchasers thereof in fee simple.
