LAST WILL AND TESTA~T
I,JOSEPH GREGOR,also known as JOSEPH GRIGELIS,of
Washington,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,
memory and -Jnderstanding,do hereby make this as my Last Will end
Testament,hereby revoking any and all prior Wills by me at any
time made.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts,funeral
expenses and the expense of administering my estate be paid by my
Executors,hereinafter named,as soon after my decease as may be
practicable.
SECOND:I give and bequeath to my sons,John Gregor
and Anthony Gregor,the sum of Six Hundred ($600.00)Dollars each,
without deduction for any State Inheritance Tax or Federal Estate
Tax from ei~her of them.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,I give,devise and bequeath unto my six
children,in equal shares:Helen G.~arkoski,Mary G.Gloady,and
Margaret J.Po~hiba (also known as Margaret G.Dolan),all of
Washington,Pe~nsy1vania,John Gregor end Joseph Gregor,Jr.,both
of Industry,Pennsylvania,and Anthony Gregor,of canonsburg,
Pennsylvania,their ~eirs and assigns forever.
FOURTH:I nominate,constitute and appoint my three
sons,John Gregor,Joseph Gregor,Jr.,and Anthony Gregor,
Executors of this my Last Will and Testament.
