LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,Willa F.Fields,of Brownsville,Fayette County,Penn-
sylvania,being of sound mind,memory and discretion,do hereby
lmake,declare and publish this as my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all Wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:-All my estate of whatsoever kind and wheresoever
situate I give,bequeath and devise to my daughter,Thelma Fields
Emery,of Roscoe,Washington County,Pennsylvania,but should she
not survive distribution of my estate,I give,bequeath and devise
J1f1'estate of whatsoever kind to my grandson,John Ed"Win Emery.
II SECOND:-I hereby name,constitute and appoint my daugh-
ter,Thelma Fields Emery,as Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament.
