That I,Clara E.Donahey ,of West Brownsville,
in the County of Washington,and State ofPennsylvania,being cof sound
mind,memory and understanding,and considering the uncertainty of life,do hereby make,publish
and declare this my last 'Wlill and Uestament,hereby revoking and making void any and all
former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executrix
hereinafter named,as soon after my decease as may be convenient.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath my West Perm Stock and Permsylvania
Railroad Stock to my brother-in-law,Tracy T.Donahey,and my nephe,."T.
McClure Donahey,share and share alike.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath my U.S.Savings Bonds to the persons
whose names are entered thereon as co-owners.
FOURTH:I give,devise and bequeath to my Sister,Mrs.Edna Wilging}the
proceeds from my G.I.A.to B.of L.E.insurance policy,on which po1ic7 she
is named as beneficiary.
FIFTH:My house and lot in East Pike Run Township,Washington.Coun"jy,
Pennsylvania,and my household goods are to be sold and the proceeds th-3refrom,
together with all the rest,residue and remainder of my Estate,real,p8rsonal
or mixed,of whatever nature or kind,or wheresoever situate at the tim3 of
my decease,I do hereby give,devise and bequeath to my Sisters,Mrs.B3lla
Bick,Mrs.Emma Rauscher,Mrs.Ethel Baux and Mrs.Edna Wilging,share :md
share alike.
