I,w.M.Crumrine of the Borough of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament,hereby makdmg null and void any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made. 1.I direct my Executor to pay all my debts,fun$ral expenses and the expenses of settling my estate,and erect a head stone at the grave of my wife and myself in the Washington Cemetery,at a cost not exceeding three hundred dollars,and also to promptly pay all direct inheritance taxes,which may be legally chargeable against my estate, out of the first moneys that may come into his hands. 2.I give,devise and bequeath to my house-keeper,Mary Corbin, also known by the name of Mary Bordman,my house and lot on Murtland Avenue,Washington,Pennsylvania,to~ether with all the household goods and kitchon furniture therein contained during the te~m of her natural life and so long as she remains unmarried,and under the express conditions thut she shall not permit or suffer any of her dependent relatives or friends or other penson or persons to abide or reside with her there~t;and at her death or rernarriage,or should she commit a breach of any of the foregoing conditions,which in making this bequest to her,it is my intention shall be paramount to her right to the use,enjoyment and possession of the said property,then I direct my Executor,hereinafter named to sell and convey the said house and lot of ground together with all the said household goods and kitchen furniture,at either public or private sale,and divide the proceeds of such s~le or sales,after deducting the cost and expenses incident to such sales~equally between my two sons,W.R. Crumrine and Norman R.Crumrine.In case the said Mary Corbin complies with the conditions above imposed upon her down to the time of her death, then it is my wish,and I hereby direct,that she be buried on my (1) lot in the VJashington Cemetery. 3.It is also my will,and I hereby direct my Executor to pay all taxes that may be levied and assessed from time to time, against my said house and lot on Murtland Avenue,Wr shington,Pennsy- lvania,and keep the same fully insured and in good repair,out of the moneys belonging to my estate. 4.I give and bequeath to my said house-keeper,Mary Corbin, also known by the name of Mary Bordman,the sum of Five thousand ($5,000.00)Dollars. 5.My wife,Viola May Crumrine,deceased,by her last Will and Testament,duly probated on the 8th day of April,1911,and of record in the Register's Office of Washington,County,Pennsylvania, in ~ill Book No.25,page 375,gave and bequeathed to me,among other property belonging to her estate,the sum of four thousr,nd ($4,000.00) Dollars,represented by a certain note,and expressed the wish that in case of my death that I would leave one thousand ($1,000.00)Dollars to our daughter,Allena Somerlade.I therefore give and bequeath to my daughter,Allena Somerlade,the sum of one thousand ($1,000.00) Dollars,and the further sum of Two thousand ($2,000.00)Dollars, to be payable to her by my Executor out of my estate in one year from the date of my decease,upon her executing and delivering to him proper receipts or acquittances therefor,but no more. 6.As to the residue of!remainder of my estate,I gi ,re and bequeath the same to my three sons,Leslie B.Crumrine,I.R.Crumrine and Norman R.Crumrine,subject,as may be to the following terms and conditions: First:I order and direct my Executor to invest the sum of five thousand (ts,OOO.OO)Dollars in mortgage securities or real estate; in his discretion,and pay the interest received by him from said securities,less the state taxes payable annually on said principal sum of fi.ve thousand ($S,OOO.OO)Dollars,to my son \J.R.Crumrine, (2) semi-annually as long as he shall live;or should my Executor deem it best to invest said sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00)Dollars in real estate,he shall suffer the said VI.R.Crumrine to have·the use of,or the enjoyment of .the rents and profits arising from said real estate,after the payment of the several taxes,annually levied and assessed thereon,and the ex ,enses of keeping the said property in good order and repair and the building fully insured,so long,as he,the said W.R.Crumrine,shall live.And at the death of my son,the said W.R.Crumrine,I give,devise and bequeath the said sum of Five thousand ($5,000.00)Dollars,or the real estate in which the same may have been invested by my Executor,to my grandson,Elmer Ross Crumrine, This said sum so bequeathed to my said son,W.R.Crumrine,or for his use shall be taken and considered to be a full portion or part of his share of the one-third of the said residue or remainder of my estate. Second:I have already advanced to my son,Leslie B.Crumrine, the sum of Seven thousand ($7,000.00)Dollars,and to my son Norman R.Crumrine,the sum of Four thousand ($4,000.00)Dollars,for the purpose of enabling them to become educated in their chosen profession; and it is my will and I hereby direct,that said sums so advanced to them shall be charged against their respective shares on the distribution of the said residue or remainder of my estate. 7.The provision made by me for my house-keeper,Mary Corbin also known by the name of Mary Bordman,in paragraphs 2 and 4 of this my last Will and Testament is made on account of the care and attention shown me by the s2id Mary Corbin,during my lifetime,and in lieu thereof,and if the said Mary Corbin endeavors,by suit or otherwise, to collect from my estate upon my death any money for any services alleged to have been performed by her for me during my lifetime,then,in that event,it is my will,and I hereby direct that she forfeit all her rights to take under-the terms of my said Will and shall receive nothing,and the said property mentioned and set apart for her use in paragraphs 2 and 4 of my said Will shall immediately go to my three sons, W.R.Crumrine,Norman R.Crmnrine and Leslie B.Crumrine. Lastly,I nominate,constitute and appoint my son,Norman R. Crumrine to be Executor of this my last Will and Testament.
