I,BEULAH W.G~ABL~,of the City of Monongahela,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,oake and pUblish this my Last
ill and Testament,hereby revoking and making void all former
Wills by me at anytime made.
FIRST:I direct that my Executor hereinafter named,shall,
as soon as conveniently may be done,pay all my just debts,funera
expenses and expenses of the settlement of my estEte.
SECOND:All of my esta~e,real,persona~aLd mixed,I give,
I devise and bequeath unto my son,J.Howard Wilson,and to my
i daugtter,Marie I.Wilson,share End share alike,their heirs and
assigns,forever;and if my said daughter should rredecease me,
I give,devise and bequeath her sbare in and to my estate to my
graDdchildren J share and share alike.
THIRD:I hereby authorize and empower the Executors herein
after named,to convert into ~oney,as soon as can conveniently be
done after my dece~se,all reel estate owned by me or in which I
may have an interest,and for such purpose I do hereby authorize
and empower tte EXE0utors her~inafter named,to sell and convey,in
fee simple,all my real estate,as a whole or in parts,either at
pUbli~or private sale,without any liability of the purchaser for
the applicaticn,non-application or mis-application of the purchase
money,and to execu:e and deliver all such deeds o~other assur-
ances,as I could have done if living,and pending such sales,
