I,GENEVA B.FRENCH,of the City of Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,do hereby make this,my Last Will
and Testament,hereby revoking in full any and all ~ills heretofore
made by me:
FIRST:I direct my personal representatives
hereinafter named to pay my debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND:I give and bequeath my diamond ring to
my daughter,MARGARET r.McILROY.
TlIIRD:I glve,devise,and bequeath all the rest,
residue,and remainder of my property,whether real,personal,or
mixed,of whatsoever nature or description,and wheresoever sit-
uated,unto my daughters,LINDA LOU SROKA,JUDITH LEE SPRovLS,
SHIRLEY ANN JACOBS,and MARGARET M.McILROY,in equal shares,to
be theirs,absolutely,forever.
FOURTH:If any of my daughters predeceases me the
share which would have gone to my said daughter shall go to her
children or issue,per stirpes;if my daughter has predeceased me
without leaving issue the share of the said deceased daughter
shall be divided by my surviving daughters,or their children and
issue.
FIFTH:In the event that any person who is a minOT
becomes entitled to any of my property by virtue of this,my Will,
I name and appoint my sister,~~ARTHA ZOE FLEMING,guardian of the
estate of the said mlnor.

SIXTH:I direct that all inheritance and estate
taxes be paid out of the residue of my estate.
SEVENTH:I name and appoint my daughter,LIND
LOU SROKA,Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament,grant-
ing to her power to sell any realty or personalty not herein speci-
fically devised and hequeathed.I exnress the wish,however,
that my personalty be sold at auction but that my realty not be
sold at auction,if I own realty at the time of my death.I
direct that my Executrix not be required to file bond under any
circumstances,whether or not she is a resident of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania.
