I,SA RA GARDNER,of 12 North Johnson Road,
Chartiers Township,Houston,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of
sound mind,memory and understanding,do make,publish and declare this
my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills,.or codicils,
heretofore by me made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as conveniently may be.
SECOND:A11 the rest and residue of my estate,
with the exception of the furniture and other house":lOld items situate in the
house I live h,[do hereby bequeath and devise to Charles S.Cunningham
of 38 Waldorf Street,North Side",Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania.
THIRD:I hereby empower my executor to dis-
pose of the furnishings and other household ite~s in accordance with a
list that I have hereto attached and made a part of this will..
FOURTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint
Charles S.Cunningham to be the Executor of this,my Last Will and Testa-
ment,and further direct that no bond shall be required of him.
