I,LOUISE E.FISHER,of the City of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylyania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make
8nd publish this my Last Will am Testament,hereby revoking all Wills by me
at any time heretofore made.
ITEM 1:I direct that my Executor hereinafter n01lled shall pay all
of my just debts and funeral exoenses as soon as convenient after my decease.
ITEM 2:All that my husband and I own is owned by us as tenants by
the entireties,arrl in the event of my predeceasing him,I will have nothing
to pass under this Will.
ITEM 3:In the event that my husband,William A.Fisher shall pre-
decease me,than I direct that all of my estate,real,personal and mixed,
be converted into cash,the real estate sold at either public or private sale
and the same divided equally among my six children,to-wit:Charles W.Fisher,
George W.Fisher,Sarah A.Haboken,John R.Fisher,Edward M.Fisher ani
Charlotte L.Fisher.
LASTLY:I nominate ,constitute am aDpoint my son,Charles W.
Fisher,Executor of this my Last ill and Testament.
