of Canonsburg ,Oounty of Washington
and State of Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,
publish and declare this to be my Last Win and Testament,in manner and form following,hereby
revoking any will or wills heretofore made by me.
First.1 direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
I direct that Edward Krawczyk,owner of the Krawczyk Funeral Home,
Canonsburg,Pa.,immediately upon my decease,take charge of my remair~
and prepare same for burial,he to have full charge and control of my
funeral and burial.
I give,bequeath and devise unto my following named children,
to-wit,Leon Dzikowski,Louise DZikowski,Vincent Dzikowski amd Edward
Dzikowski,One Dollar ($1.00)each.
As to the rest and residue of my estate,if any,I direct that my
executor make distribution of same in such manner as he shall see fit
to do.
1 do hereby make,constitute and appoint John Dz ikowski,my brother,
to be my exec1ttor of this my Last Will and Testament •
