evoking any and all Wills by me at any time previously made,do here-
y make this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following:
FIRST:I direct my Executrix,hereinafter named,to pay and
atisfy all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after my de-
ease as is conveniently possible.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all my estate both real
