LAST WILL &TESTMjENT
I,ISA V.DONAHOO,of Amwell Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understand-
ing,do hereby make and pUblish this my last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any will or wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
ITEM 1.I direct my Executors hereinafter named,to
pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as possible
after my decease.
ITEM 2.I direct my Executors hereinafter named to
convert all of my property into cash,and for that purpose I
hereby authorize them to sell any real estate which I may own
at the time of my death,and for that purpose I hereby authorize
them to make,execute and deliver a good and sufficient deed
for the same to the purchaser thereof,the same as I could do if
living.
ITEM 3.All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate,I Will,
devise and bequeath to my four children,namely:Florence Shrontz,
Charles Donahoo,Walter Donahoo and Floyd w.DonahOO,share and
share alike,their heirs and assigns forever.
LASTLY:I nominate,constitute and appoint my
daughter,Florence Shrontz and Charles Donahoo,Executrix and
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,the said Isa V.Donahoo
have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seai
this the 12th day of January,1950.
