I,Ida •Dailey,of the city of Washington,
State of Pennsylvania,hereby make this as and for my last
will and testament hereby revoking all other wills by me at
any time heretofor made.
I direct the executor of my estate to pay all my
just debts,funeral expenses and other valid claims which I
may have contracted as soon as convenient after my decease.
I give,devise and bequeath to my beloved husband
James 1.Dailey,my entire estate,real and personal of any
nature whatsoever,absolutely and in fee simple.
I appoint my husband James ill.Dailey,to be the
executor of this,my will,said executor to act without
bond.
