Culley I give and devise,share and share alike,the home farm containing about 150 acres situate in Hanover Township, .ashington County,Pennsylvania,to them,their heirs and assigns forever;subject nevertheless to the payment of the alove entioned bequest of ~1500 to my wife.I also direct illy two above mentioned sons to pay one half the debts that I may owe at the time of my death;which said sum and payments I hereby make a charge and lien on the real estate hereinabove devised. 3.To my Bon William C.Culley I give and devise the Richmond farm situate in Hanover Township and adjacent hon.e and to the/farm/containinB about 150 acres,to him his heirs and assigns forever;subject nevertheless to the payment of the t 0 hereinafter mention bequests,to-wit:To my son Ed ~rd •CUlley ~3000 and to my daughter "rs.Sarah igger ~500.Said sums to be ~aid when the coal is sold and not to bear interest.rrilliam C.Culley shall also pay one half the 'debts that I may owe at my decease,which payment shall be and remain a lien on the said farm. • The lines between the home farm and the Richmond farm shall be determined by the present location of the fenee~. 4.To my son Edward A.Culley I give and bequeath the sum of Three thousand (~3000)Dollars to be ~aid as hereinbefore provided by illiam C.Culley when the coal is sold on the Richmond farm:said bequest is not to bear interest. 5.To y daughter Mrs.Sarah Big£er,wife of A.D. BigLer,I give and bequeath the sum of Five hundred (p500) Dollars to be paid as hereinbefore provided by illial C. Culley when the coal is sold;said sum not to bear intere~t. I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my sons Edward A.Culley and ~illiam C,Culley,~xecutor8 of this my last will and testament.
