I,SARAH G.AZORSKY,being of sound and disposing mind
memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this
as and for my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following:
FIRST:I give,devise and bequeath all my estate,real
personal or mixed,wheresoever situate,to my husband,Abe Azorsky.
In doing this I have taken into consideration the best interests of
our two children.
SECOND:In the event that my husband,Abe Azorsky,
should predecease me,then,I give,devise and bequeath all my estate
real,personal or mixed,wheresoever situate,to my two (2)sons,
share and share alike.My two sons are Morley M.Azorsky and Joseph
L.Azorsky.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
husband,Abe Azorsky,to act as executor of my estate.In the event
that my husband shall predecease me,then I nominate,constitute and
appoint my two sons to act as co-executors of my estate.
In witness whereof,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 9th day of July,1966.
