LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,RACHEL ANKROM,of BUffalo Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory
and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this my
Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void any and
all other Wills by me heretofore made.
1.I give,devise and bequeath to my son,JAMES VERNON
ANKROM,all that certain piece or tract of land,together with
the improvements thereon,situate in Penn Township,Allegheny
County,Pennsylvania,as described in deed of Oren McClintock and
Myrtle McClintock,his Wife,dated July 1,1943,and of record
in the Recorder's Office of Allegheny County,Pennsylvania,in
Deed Book 2801,page 293.I direct that he shall pay the in-
'.heritance fax thereon.
2.All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever nature and wheresoever
situate;which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the
time of my death,I give,devise and bequeath,absolutely,and
share and share alike,to all of my fifteen children.
3.I appoint as Executrix,my daughter,CLARA J.FISHER
and direct that shemuul not be required to enter bond or security
in any jurisdiction for any purpose.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 11th day of May ,1970.------"-----
