I,HAR Y C.GROSSMAN,of Washin~ton,Pennsylvania,
bein~of sound ani disposin~mind,memory and understanding,do
make and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
'revoking and makin~voii all other Wills by me at any ti~e here-
tofore made.
1.I direct that all my just debts and funeral ex-
penses be paid and discharged as soon as conveniently may be done
after my decease.
2.I give,ievise and bequeath all my property of
every kind,re~l,personal or mixed,and wherever the same may be
situate,to my sister,3ilda S.Grossman,provtding that she sur-
vive me by not less than sixty (60)days,and if she fails to do
so,then I devise and hequeath my entire estate in equal shares to
m brot~er,~at an K.Grossman an my s ster,~bbie Stark.
3.I hereby nom nate,constitute and appoint my
rother,Nat an K.Grossman,of the Borou~h of East as ngton,
Washing-;on County,Pennsylvania,to be the Exec'J tor of th s my
