lAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
ERNEST A.FIORI
I,ERNEST A.FIORI,of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,memory and understanding,do
hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking any and all Wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I order and direct that all of my legal debts and funeral
expenses shall be paid by my Executor,hereinafter named,as soon as convenient-
ly can be done.
SECOND:1 give and bequeath all of my real and personal property of
every nature whatsoever to my beloved Wife Martha Fiori if she survives me;but
if she predeceases me,I give and bequeath all of my real and personal property
of every nature to my Children as follows:
To My Daughter Doris Fiori Brillo I bequeath the sum of Five ($5.00)
Dollars.The remainder of my Estate is to be divided share and share alike
among my other children George Fiori,Martha Fiori Frisk,Ernes~Fiori,Jr and
Robert Fiori.
THIRD;I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint as Executor of this,
My Last Will and Testament,my beloved Son George Fiori.
