SECOND:I give and devise my premises located at No.407 and 407t Crest Avenue,Charleroi,Washington County,Penn- sylvania more particularly bound and described as follows,to wit:- ALL that certain lot or parcel of gro~nd situate in the Borough of Charleroi,Washingtcn County, Pennsylvania,known and designated as Lot No.221, Section A.in Plan of said Borough,fronting 40 feet on Crest Avenue and running back 120 feet to an Alley. EXCEPTING AND RESERVING all of the natural gas and oil underlying said land,but no w=lls shall be drilled on the same for either. UPON which there is erected a two-story frame double house and three garages.
