I,the undersigned Azel F.Oonaway,of the BorOUgh
of Elco,in the County of Washington ani State of Pennsylvania
do make and pUblish this to be my last will and testament
hereby revoking all former wills,to-wit.
FIRST.I direct the interment of my body in the
burial lot I now own in Mt Tabor Cemetery.As to the
burial of my body and the erection of a headstone I leave
to my Executor hereinafter named.
SECO D.I giv~and bequeath to my granddaUghter,
Thelma Jean HUghes One Thousand (1000.00)dollars cash.
THIRD.I appoint W.C.HUghes,Guardian for Thelma
Jean Hughes.
FOURTH.To my beloved Wife,Etta A.Conaway,I will
devise and bequeath my six roomed house where we now live
with all Household and kitchen furniture and two lots of
ground with it.I also will and bequeath to my belovedwife,Etta A.Conaway,Eight Hundred Fifty ($850.00)Dollars
in Government Bonds.I also will,give and bequeath to my
beloved wife,Etta A.Conaway,Twelve (12)preferred stock
in West Penn Railway Company.I also will,give and
bequeath to my beloved wife,Etta A.Oonaway,(after all
my just debts,the expense of my funeral and the expense of
settling my estate by my executor is paid)any or all of
the remainder of my personal (moneyand property)during
her life and after her death to be paid to Thelma Jean
HUghes.
LASTLY.I nominate and appoint W.C.Hughes to be
Executor of this my last will and test~ent.
