LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF-
STELLA A.ATCHESON
I,Stella A.Atcheson,a res~dent of the City of Monon-
gahela,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and
memory,hereby revoke all wills and codicils,as well as all
instruments of a testamentary nature heretofore made by me,and
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament in manner and form following.

FIRST:I direct that all my just debts,funeral and
testamentary expenses shall be paid by my Executor hereinafter,~

named,as soon as conveniently'may be after my,death.,.

SECOND:I direct my Executor to pay all estate,
inheritance,transfer and succession taxes,including any interest
and penalties thereon,which shall become payable by reason of my
death,out of the principal of my residuary estate,without seeki
reimbursement from or charging any person therefQr.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
property,real,personal and mixed,wheresoever,situate,of which
I may die seized or possessed,or over which I may have testamen-
tary control,or to which I may be in any way entitled of whatso-
ever the same may consist,I give devise'and bequeath to my
husband,Ira D.Atcheson,of the City of Monongahela,Washington
County,Pennsylvania.Should the said Ira D.Atcheson predecease
me,or should he not have an opportunity to take possession of my
real estate'or-pe:rsonal~pnop~rtya£tet,'mj-;deceas~,'I ,thetl~'give,:
devise and bequeath the res~,residue and remainder of my estate,
real and personal,to my son,Ira David Atcheson,his heirs and
assigns.
FOURTH:I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
husband,Ira D.Atcheson,of the City of Monongahela,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,as the Executor of this,my Last Will and

FIFrH:I hereby grant to my Executor full power and
authority in his descretion,to option and sell all or any part
of the real estate or personal estate of which I shall die seized
or possessed,at public or private sale,for cash or on credit..and on such terms and conditions as he may de~m expedient,and
good and sufficient conveyances therefor to execute and deliver.
In addition to the powers given my Executor by law,he shall have
discretionary power to compromise controversies and make distrib-
ution hereunder to any person entitled thereto in kind,in cash,
or partly in kind and partly in cash,as he may deem advisable.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have on this ~day of Septembe ,
A.D.1974,signed,sealed,published ~nd declared the foregoing
instrument as and for my Last Will and Testament in the presence
of each and all of the subscribing witnesses.each of whom I have
requested in the presence of the others to subscribe their names
