LAST WILL AND TESTMAENT
I,ATHALIA H.DONSO~,of the City of Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make and publish this my last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking any will or wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
ITEM 1.I direct that my Executrix hereinafter named
shall pay all of my just debts and funeral expenses as soon after
my decease as possible.
ITEM 2.I will,devise and bequeath unto my husband,
George C.Donson,my real estate situate at 18 Wilson Avenue,
in the City of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,where
we now reside,for and during the term of his natural life;and,
at his death,I will,devise and bequeath the same to my daughter,
Mary Donson Allison,of the City of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,her heirs and assigns forever.
ITEM 3.All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,both real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and
wheresoever situate,I will,devise and bequeath to my daughter,
Mary Donson Allison,her heirs and assigns forever.
LASTLY,I nominate,constitute and appoint my
daughter,Mary Donson Allison to be Executrix of this my last
Will and Testament.
