LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,W:LMA C.GRIMES,of Claysville,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,do make,~ublish and declare this to be my last
will and testament,hereby revoking any and all wills heretofore
made by me.
FIRST:I direct the payment of all my just debts anfi
funeral expenses.
SECO]D:I give)de~ise and bequeatt my entire estate,real
and personal,after the payment of my debts,to my daughter,
Wilma Jean Gaddy and to my son,Gaylord Lee Grimes,in equal
shares,absolutely,with the request that my children permit
my mother,Martha E.Spragg,to live in my present home at 102
Wayne Street,Clays7ille,Pennsylvan~a,for the balance of her
life.
I appoint my da~ghter,Wilma Jean Gaddy,and my son,
Gaylord Lee Grimes,as Executors of ~hic will.No bond to be
required of said Exacutors.
