LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
BE IT REMEMBERED that I,Grazia Damiani,of Donora,
Washington County,Permsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and
understanding,do hereby make,publish and dec1B.re this as and
for my last will and testament,hereby revoking and making null
and void any and all wills and testaments,or writ~ngs in the
nature thereof,by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be
paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decea~e.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real,Iersonal or mixed and wheresoever the same may be
situated at the time of my death,I give,devise a~bequeath,
in equal shares,to my five daughters,namely:Jull.a Damiani
Fronzaglio,Helen Damiani Jurik,Jessie Damiani Rul·),Amelia
Damiani Javotick,generally known as Amelia Damiani Maple,and
Adela Damiani Costanza,to and for their only proper use and be-
hoof,their heirs and assigns,forever.
THIRD:I hereby nominate and appoint my daughter,:ulia Damiani
Fronzagll0 as the executrix of this my last will and testament.
