sound mind and ::nemory do make,publish and declare tris my Last \lfill and Testament,
hereby revoking and declaring null and void any and all Wills and Codicils by me
at any ti:ne heretofore made.
FIRST:I ct:..rect my Executors to pay my just debts,the expenses of my
last illness and ~funeral expenses.
SECOND:I give and bequeath all my jewelry,automobiles,clothing and
other purely personal effects to my wife,JUNE E.GILLILAND,if she survives me.
In the event my wife fails to survive me,I give .9.I1d bequeath the aforesaid items
to my then living children in equal shares.
THIRD;All the ref.t,residue and remainder of my estate,of whatsoever
kind and nature and wheresoever situate,of which I shall die seised and possessed
or to which at the time of my death I may be entitled,I give,devise and bequeath
to ~wife,JUNE E.GIll..ILANr:,if she survives me.L,the event my wife fails to
survive me,I give,devise ard bequeath the aforesaid rest,residue and remainder
of my estate to PEOPIES FIRST NATIONAL B K &TRUST CO iF NY,Pittsburgh,Penn-
sylvania,as Trustee under tl:at certain Revocable Life Insurance Trust Agreement,
dated ~r?I 75/,and actually exel~uted by me prior to the
signing of this,my Will,for the uses and purposes and subject to the terms,con-
ditions and powers set forth in said Agreenent.
FOURTH:In the event that the said Revocable Life Insurance Trust Agree-
ment has been revoked,or should the policies deposited thereunder have lapsed,the

TRUST COMPANY under such Trust Agreement shall be held by it in trust in accor-
dance with the provisions of the said Revocable Life Insurance Trust Agresmnt in

FIFTH:I authorize my Executors to sell any and ill real estate of which
I die seised,at public or private sale,for such prices and upon such terms and
conditions as they shall deem advisable,and to make,execute and deliver good and
sufficient deed 0:'deeds therefor,conveying title thereto in fee simple absolute
or for any less estate to any purchaser or purchasers.
SIXTH:I authorize my Executors to make distributi:::m of my estate in
kind,in cash,or partly in kind and partly in cash,as my Executors shall believe
advisable.
SEVENTH~I direct my Execti.tors to payout of the principal of ny residu-
ary estate all Federal Estate,State Inheritance,or Estate &ld Succession Taxes
imposed upon or w~th respect to my estate or any pro?erty in which I may have an
interest,including any property not forming a part of my tes:.amentary e state but
included in my gross estate for tax }:urposes,except any property over ,,"hich I
have a taxable power of appointment in the event it shall be held that 1 have not
exercised such power of appointment in this Will,at such times and in such manner
as my Executors,in their discretion,shall deem ad~sable;and no such taxes or
any portion thereof so paid shall be collected from or ?aid by any other person,
persons or corporations by way of reimbursement,proration,apportionmer_t,or
otherwise.
EIGHI'H:In the event my wife,JUNE E.GII.I,II.AND,fails to survive me,I
