being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,pub-
lish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby re-
voking any and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
And as to all of my estate,whether the same be real,
personal or mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever
situate,of which I die seized and possessed,I give,devise and
bequeath as follows:
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate of
the expenses of my last illness and funeral as soon as conveniently
possible after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate of whic
I die seized and possessed,I give,devise and bequeath unto the
following named persons in equal shares;
