hereby revoking and making void any and all wills by me at anytime heretofore
made.

I direct that my Executrix hereinafter named)pay all of my just
debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be practicable after my
decease.
I give,devise and bequeath all of my property,real,personal or
mixed,of which I die seized or possessed or to which I may be
entitled at my decease to my beloved children in equal shares,
share and share alike.The names of my children are as follows:
(a)HAZEL PEHNEC,daughter,Roscoe,Pennsylvania.
(b)JOHN D.ALLAN,son,Fairless Hill;;,Pennsylvania.
(c)CECELIA SEFTAS,daughter,Roscoe,Pennsylvania.
I nominate,constitute and appoint my beloved daughter HAZEL
PEHNEC,the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament,and I
direct that she shall not be required to enter security in any juris-
diction in which she may act.
