FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. SECOND:I give and devise to Alice M.Beck,widow of my late brother,George L.Beck,Sr.,for her life,the house which she now occupies and the lot of ground on which the same is erected,situate in Washington County,Commonwealth of Pennsyl- vania.Said lot begins at the intersection of Marion Avenue and Route 88 also known as Sheridan Avenue;thence from said point of beginning along the northerly side of Route 88 North 7°9 1 East a distance of 115.33 feet to a point;thence extending through lands owned by Anna B.Finley the courses and distances following:North 86°33'West 107.85 feet to a point;thence South 63°03'West 132.50 feet to a point;thence South 27°19'West 151.10 feet to a point on the northerly side of Marion Avenue aforesaid;thence along said side of Marion Avenue North 62°41'East 159.90 feet to a point at the place of beginning.Containing .648 acres.This description is taken from a survey made by James H.Kennedy,Re- gistered Engineer,dated July 8,1961.Upon the death of Alice M. Beck,I give,devise and bequeath the above described property in fee simple to my nephew,George L.Beck,Jr. THIRD:I give and devise to my nephew,George L. FIFTH:I give and devise to Grace Vaughan the house which she now occupies situate in Washington County,Common- wealth of Pennsylvania,together with the lot on which same is erected fronting on Route 88 and extending in width from the northerly side of Howard Street (better described as the driveway leading into my present residence)to line of property sold to the Monongahela Valley Joint School Authority and extending back along Howard Street in a westerly direction a sufficient depth to pro- vide for the present house and a 30 foot rear yard. SIXTH:I give and devise to the Finleyville Commun ity Center a certain lot or piece of ground situate in Washington County,Pennsylvania,being known as Lot No.57 as described in the proposed plan called Finley Place as a memorial to Dr.Francis H.Finley and Anna B.Finley.This lot is to be used only for the parking of private vehicles in connection with the use of the Finleyville Community Center.No trucks or commercial vehicles of any type shall use this lot for parking other than those directly servicing this center. SEVENTH:I give and bequeath to the Mingo Cemetery Company the sum of $2,000.00 to use the income therefrom for the perpetual upkeep of the graves of Dr.Francis H.Finley and Anna B.Finley. EIGHTH:I give and bequeath to the Trustees of the Peters Creek Cemetery the sum of $500.00 to use the income there- from for the perpetual upkeep of the grave of Moses B.Thompson. NINTH:I give and bequeath to St.Francis Catholic Church the sum of $1,000.00. -2- • TENTH:I give and bequeath to the Finleyville Presbyterian Church the sum of $2,000.00. ELEVENTH:I give and bequeath to the John Hopkins Hospital of Baltimore,Maryland for cancer research as a memorial to my husband,Dr.Francis H.Finley,the sum of $20,000.00. TWELFTH:I give and bequeath to the Mercy Hospital 0 Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania as a memorial to my husband,Dr.Francis H.Finley,the sum of $20,000.00. THIRTEENTH:I give and bequeath to Washington and Jeff- erson College at Washington,Pennsylvania the sum of $1,000.00. FOURTEENTH:I give and bequeath to my nephew,George L. Beck,Jr.,$25,000.00,to my sister-in-law,Alice Beck $5,000.00, to my brother,Walter Beck,$25,000.00.I give and bequeath to Grace Vaughan $10,000.00,to Helen K.Miller the sum of $10,000.00 and to Edward and Leona Mohr a total sum of $10,000.00.I give the total sum of $10,000.00 to walter W.Riehl and Roy W.Riehl or the survivor of them,to be divided between them as they see fit. I also give to Dorothy Vaughan $500.00 and to Harriett Landren $500.00. FIFTEENTH:I hereby give,devise and bequeath to my nephew,George L.Beck,Jr.,the gas well and the income therefrom existing pipelines and the right of ingress and egress reserved in a certain deed made to the most Reverand John J.Wright,Bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh,Trustee. SIXTEENTH:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate whether real,personal or mixed wheresoever situate and from whatever source derived or to be de- rived of which I shall die seized or possessed of to be divided equally among the following:Edward Mohr and Leona Mohr between them one share;the following shall have one share each:George L. Beck,Jr.,Alice Beck,Walter Beck,Grace Vaughan and Helen K. Miller. -3- • SEVENTEENTH:In case there is not sufficient in my estate to pay each legatee in full the amount given him,her,them or it hereby,then he,she,they or it shall have their share or shares reduced accordingly so that each share shall be reduced proportionately. EIGHTEENTH:I direct that all taxes,federal,state and other taxes that may be assessed in consequence of my death,of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the administration expenses of my estate.All such taxes shall be paid at such time or times as my executors may think proper,regardless of whether such taxes are due.
