ington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do
hereby make this my last will Clnd testament,hereby revokinp;any
and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid.
SECO ill:I give,devise and bequeath all the rest of
my estate,real and personal,unto my brother,Harl'Y .Truby,of
New Kensington,Pennsylvania.
THIRD:I hereby make,constitute and appoint my said
brother,Harry A.Truby,executor of this my last will and testa-
ment.
