Item 1.I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be convenient. It em 5.Aft er my said real estat e shall have been sold,and the other provisions of my will as hereinabove set out have been complied with,I direct that all of the rest,residue and remainder of my sai d estate shall be equally divided among my six nephews,to wit:-Samuel Auld,A.J.Auld,Arthur Auld and Oliver Auld (the children of my deceased sist er,argaret Jane Auld), Robert Watson and William atson (the children of my deceased sister,Elizabeth Watson),-which said six nephews shall have equal shares in my said estat e.
