CODICIL
TO
LAST WILL ANDTESTAMENT
I,THOMAS SALVATORE ARRIGO,of the Borough of Speers,Washingt n
County,Pennsylvania,do hereby declare the present writing to be
a first Codicil to my Last Will and Testament bearing date of
August 31,1959.
1.WHEREAS,it is my intation to qualify paragraphs THIRD AN
FOURTH of my said Will,and I do hereby re-write said paragraphs
THIRD AND FOURTH of my said Last Will and Testament to read as
follows:
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,wheresoever situated,of which I may be
possessed or to which I may be entitled at the time of my death,
I give,devi se am bequeath the same unto my si ster,MARY GRACE
ARRIGO,her heirs and assigns,HOWEVER,in the event my said siste ,
MARY GRACE ARRIGO,should predecease me,I then give,devise and
bequeath my residuary estate herein created unto mynephew,CHARLES
EDWARD ARRIGO,his heirs and assigns,of the Borough of Charleroi,
Washington County,Pennsylvania.
FOURTH:I do hereby make,constitute and appoint my sister,
MARY GRACE ARRIGO,to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament,HOWEVER,in the event she is unable to so act for any
reason whatsoever,I then name,constitute and appoint my said
nephew,hereinbefore mentioned,CHARLES EDWARD ARRIGO,to be the
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
2.I do hereby ratify and confirm my said Will in every
other respect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,the said THOMAS SALVATORE ARRIGO,hav
to this First Codicil'as aforesaid,set my hand and seal this

I,THOHAS SALVATORE ARRIGO,of the Borough of Speers,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,do hereby make,publish
and declare this to be Il\Y Last Will a.IJ.d Testament,in manner and form follow-
ing,hereby revoking any will or wills heretofore made by'me.
FIRST.I direct that all Il\Y just debts and funer~expenses be
fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may be,after Il\Y decease.
SECOND.I give and bequeath the sum of FIVE HUNDRED ($500.00)OOLLARS
to Il\Y sister,BESSIE DE MARCO,wife of Frank De Harco,for her own proper use
and benefit forever.
THIR1i>.All the rest,residue and remainder of Il\Y estate,real,
personal and mixed wheresoever situated of which I may be possessed or to
which I may be entitled at the time of Il\Y death,I give,devise and bequeath
the same unto nw sister,MARY GRACE ARRIGO,for her own proper use and benefit
forever.
FOURTH.I do hereby make,constitute and appoint Il\Y sister,MARY
GRACE ARRIGO,to be Executrix of this nw Last Will and Testament.
