I,Hurfr~d Gallatin,of Monongahela,
Weshington County,Pennsylvania,being of so~!d nind and memory,
do make,publish and declare thi3 my last will and testament,'
hereby revoking any and all wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be found con-
venient.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,real,perscnal and mixed,of Whatever neture and where-
soever situate,which I may own or have the right to dispose
of at the time of my decease,I give,devise and bequeath unto
fLy beloved sister,Nellie H9.nlon,of Pittsburgh}Allegheny
ICounty,Pennsylvan~a,her heirs and assigns forever.
THIRD:I hereby nominate and appoi~t my sister,
I ellie Hanlon,as the executrix of this my Last Will and Testa-
ment,and I hereby direct that no bond shall be required of my
