and Testament,hereby revoking in full any and all Wills by me
heretofore made,as follows:
FIRST:I direct my Executor,hereinafter
named,to pay my debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND:All the rest,residue,and remainder
of my property,whether real,personal,or mixed,of whatsoever
nature or description,and wheresoever situated,I give,devise,
and bequeath unto my wife,JOSEPHINE FURGIUELE,to be hers,
absolutely,forever.
THIRD:In the event that my wife predeceases
me,I give,devise,and bequeath all the rest,residue,and
remainder of my property,whether real,personal,or mixed,of
whatsoever nature or description,and wheresoever situated,unto
my sons,GUY MARIO FURGIUELE,of Carroll Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,ANGELO RALPH FURGIUELE,now residing in the
state of New Jersey,and JOSEPH RALPH FURGIUELE,of Castle
Shannon,Allegheny County,Pennsylvania,in equal shares,to be
theirs absolutely,forever.
FOURTH:I name and appoint my son,GUY MARIO
FURGIUELE,to be Executor of this,my Last Will and Testament.
I direct that my Executor be required to give no bond under any
circumstances whether or not he be a resident of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania.
