Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,do make and
putlish this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making void
all former wills by me heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after
my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath my house and lot
situated in Walkertown,West Pike Run Township,Washington County,Pennsylvani ,
unto my son,STANLEY GUSTIC,to have and to hold the same to his own use,
abaolutely and forever.
THIRD:All the rest,residue and remainder of my estate,
whether,real,personal or mixed,1 give,devise and bequeath unto my four
children,STANLEY GUSTIC,HELEN KIME,ROSE KlME and JULIA SAWAYDA.
