I,JOHN R.FLEMING,of Carroll Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound disposing mind,memory and unders-
standing,do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,hereby revoking and making null and void any and all Wills and
Testaments,or writings in the nature thereof,by me at any time heretofore
made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,whether
real,personal or mixed,and wheresoever the same may be situate,to my
daughter,Ruth Fleming.
THIRD:I hereby make,constitute and appoint Ruth Fleming,
my daughter,to be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and seal
