FIRST.I appoint Florence D.Glinka,my daLghter,as Executrix of this,my Last Will and Testament.In the event that for any reason my aforesaid appointee shall not assume or continue in her office as Executrix,I appoint in her place or stead Rudolph E.Glinka,my son. I direct that no b,ond shall be required of any 0=the persons named in this article. SECOND.I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my death. THIRD.I direct that all of my property,real,personal and mixed, wheresoever loca~ed and whether acquired before ~r after execution of this,my Last Will and Testament,shall be distributed in the following manner: (a)The sum of Three Hundred ($300.00)Dollars to my beloved daughter,Gertrude Serzen,if she shall survive me; (b)The sum of Three Hundred ($300.00)Dollars to my beloved son,Henry T.Glinka,if he shall survive me; (c)All the rest,residue and re~ainder of my estate shall bE distributed to Florence D.Glinka,my daughter,and Rudolph E. Glinka,my son,in equal shares.In the event that either of the beneficiaries named in this subarticle (c)shall fail to survive me, all of the property disposed of in this subarticle (c)shall be distributed t~the beneficiary named in this subarticle (c)who does survive me. FOURTH.I make no provision in this Last lull and Testament for Chester Frank Glinka,another of my sons,except as he may be included in article FIFTH of this Last Will and Testament. -1- FIFTH.In t~e event that neither of the beneficiaries named in subarticle THIRD (c)shall survive me,I direct that the share of my estate dealt with in that subarticle THIRD (c)shall pass and be distributed accorjing to the scheme of distribution set out in the Laws of Pennsylvania governing intestate descent,except that so long as any relativeE of mine-can be identified as relatives who would be entitled to share in my estate except for the provisions cf the Intestate Law preventing such sharing by reason of the remoteness of their relation- ship to me,there shall be no failure and escheat because of remoteness.
