I,FRANK p.CRlci~~LL,of Buffalo Township,Washington
county,Penn~ylvania,do make and publish this my last Will and
Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me at any time
heretofore made.
(1)I direct my just debts and funeral expenses to be
paid out of my estate.
(2)I give,devise and bequeath the use of all my property
both real and personal to my wife,Sarah A.criswell,for and
during her nutural life or so long as she remains my widow and
without being required to give bond for the personal estate that
may cone into her hands.
(3)If my wife should mc..rry again,then I direct that all
my property shall go to my wife,Sarah A.criswell,and to my two
children,John ~ranklin criswell and Li~zie Josephine Hepler,
each to have the one-third thereof outright.
(4)If ~y wife should die without htl.ving remarried my
entire property shall go to my two children,John Franklin
Criswell and Lizzie Josephine Hepler ec..ch to have the one-half
thereof.
(5)I hereby appoint my sor.,oJohr.lfrar.klin Criswell,
