LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,J.HARLEY DUNLAP,of ~est Alexander,Washington
county,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind,me~ory
and understanding,do hereby make,publish and declare this as
and for my Last Will and Testament,herp.by revoking and making
void all other Wills,codicils,or testamentary writings by me
at any time hereto made.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid and discharged as soon as conveniently may be
done after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath to m~oaughtcr,
Mary catherine Du~lap Brown,her heirs and assigns,the Judgment
which I hold and entered of record in the Office of the
Prothonotary,Washington County,Pennsylvania,against Thurman M.
Houghton and Mary Jean Houghton,his wife,and also a similar
Judgment which I hold and entered of recor(in the said Office
of the Prothonotary,against J.W.Mellon,anJ the amount due or-
said Judgments as of the date of my oeceasc.
THIRD:I give,devise and bequeath ~y income on coal
royalties from the Costanza Coal Company to my daughter,Mary
Catherine Dunlap Brown for a period of tWcllty (20)years after my
decease,and such coal royalties as may be due and payable ai'ter
the expiration of the aforesaid twenty (20)y~ars I give,dpvise
and bequeath in equal shares to my two (2)daughters,Mary
Catherine Dunlap Brown and Martha Brice Riggs,their heirs and

LASTLY,I nominate,constitute and appoint my two (2)
daughters,Mary catherine Dunlap Brown and Martha Brice Riggs
Executrices of this,my Last Will and Testament.

have hereunto set my hand and seal this day of July,1950.
The foregoing in rument,containing two (2)pages,
each bearing the genuine signature of the Testator,was duly
signed,sealed,published and declared by the above-named Testator
