LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,MILDRED FORDYCE,of R.D.#1,Claysville,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of Sllnd mind,memory and understanding,
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking and
making void any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as convenient after my decease.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all of my estate,
real,personal and mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature,and
wheresoever situate,to my daughter,SHIRLEY JANE HUGGINS,to be
hers absolutely.
THIRD:I do hereby nominate and appoint my daughter,
SHIRLEY JANE HUGGINS,to act as Executrix of this,my Last Will
and Testament,and to serve without bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,MILDRED FORDYCE,the Testatrix,
