I,LOUISE DAVIES,widow,of Peters Township,washington
County,Pennsylvania,being of sound mind,memory and understanding,
do make my Last Will and Testament in manner following,hereby re-
voking and making null and void any and all Will or Wills by me
here tofore made.
FIRST~I will and direct that my body be decently
interred and that my funeral be conducted in a manner corresponding
with ~y estate and situation in life.
SECOND:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may
be done after my decease.
THIRD:To my sister-in-law,Catherine Bader,if she be
liVing at the time of my death,I give and bequeath the sum of
Three Hundred ($300.00)Dollars.
FOUR TH:All the res t,,res idue and rema inder,of my
estate,real,personal or mixed,of whatever nature and wheresoever
situate,which I may own or have the right to dispose of at the time
of my death,I give,devise and bequeath unto my four children,Eliza-
beth C.Schrack,Lena Goodwin,'Alice M.Dally and Thomas W.Davies,
share and share alike,to be theirs absolutely and forever.
And I do nominate,constitute and appoint my son,Thomas
w.Davies and my son-in-law,F.M.Schrack,Executors of this my
Last Will and Testament.
