Janice Maeck Shriner,my property at J Oak st.,Ellsworth,Pa.,which
includes a house,its contents,the lot on which it stands and an additional
lot located directly behind J Oak st.Also the autOll'lobi1e that I own at this
time.
My monetary saVings and any inavances will be used to pay off all debts in-
~ed by lie during my lifetime.
To "Irf other seven children,I leave the SUIIl of $1.00.,considering the fact
that they are basically tinanciall.y secure.
If Janice should decide at any time to sell the property at J Oak st.,the
hoo'e .nd the lot behind i t ~t be sold as one property.

ot my estate.

NOTICE OF RENOUNCIATION OF LEGACY
Please take notice that the undersigned hereby renounces
any and all right and interest,which he may have in the jointly
owned savings account #75-007219-1 and the jointly owned checking
account #75-454732,which were opened in the name of the deceased,
Bertram Affleck,and the undersigned.The reason for this renoun
ciation is that said accounts were opened for the sake of conven-
ience,and the decedent's true intent was not to make a qift to
the undersigned.Said accounts were opened at the Union National
Bank of Pittsburgh,at its Bentleyville Office.
