I,JOHN E.AMMON,of the Township of East Bethlehem,
washington county,pennsylvania,being of sound mind and memory,
do hereby make,publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament,in manner and form following,hereby revoking any Will
or Wills heretofore made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses be fully paid and satisfied,as soon as conveniently may
be,after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate,of whatsoever type or nature,real,personal or mixed,and
wheresoever situate,I give,devise and bequeath to my wife,IVA W.
AMMON,only in the event she survives me,and in the event she
fails to survive me,then I give,devise and bequeath all of my
said estate to my sister,NELLIE R.GILLIS and my four nephews;
namely,ROBERT L.GILLIS,WILLIAM R.GILLIS,MELVIN D.GILLIS and
JOHN E.GILLIS,each to have an undivided 1/5 share thereof,and
in the event my wife,IVA W.AMMON,and my sister,NELLIE R.GILLI
should both predecease me,then I give,devise and bequeath all
my said estate to my four nephews,as above named,each to take
an undivided 1/4 share thereof.
THIRD:I do hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my
wife,IVA W.AMMON,to be Executrix of this my Last Will and
Testament,but in the event she fails to survive me,then I do
hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my nephew,JOHN E.GILLIS,
to be Executor of this my Last Will and Testament,provided he is
at least twenty-one years of age,and in the event he is not

twenty-one years of age,I nominate,constitute and appoint MELVIN D.
GILLIS to be Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I,JOHN E.AMMON,have hereunto set
my hand and seal to this my Last Will and Testament,on this
day of March,1967.
Signed,sealed,pUblished,and declared by JOHN E.AMMON,
the Testator above named,as and for his Last Will and Testament,
in our presence,who,in his presence,at his request,and in the
presence of each other,hwe hereunto subscribed our names as
attesting witnesses.
