LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
of
JOHN W.FISHER
I,John W.Fisher,of the Township of Carroll,County of Washington,
and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,do make,publish and declare this to be
my last Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all wills at any time
heretofore made by me.
FIRST,I direct my Executor,hereinafter named,to pay all my just
debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND,In the event that my wife,Charlotte E.Fisher,should
survive me,I hereby give,devise and bequeath her my entire estate.
THIRD,In the event that my wife,Charlotte E.Fisher,should
predecease me,then and in such case I give,devise and bequeath my entire
estate to my two children,Brian D.Fisher and Ann C.Fisher,in which case,
their custody and administration of the estate should be by my sister,
Geraldine M.DeRubeis.
FOURTH,I nominate,constitute and appoint my wife,Charlotte E.
Fisher,to be the Executor and Trustee of this,my Last Will and Testament,
she to serve without bond in both capacities.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,I hereunto set my hand and seal to this,my
Last Will and Testament of which I have affixed my signature this ninth day
of October,1969.
