I,LINDA JANE AIKEN,of the city of Washington,
washington County,Pennsylvania,being of sound and disposing mind
and memory do hereby make,publish,and declare this to be my Last
Will and Testament,hereby revoking any and all Wills heretofore
made by me.
FIRST:I direct that all of my just debts and
funeral expenses be paid as soon as may be conveniently done after
my deceased.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of my
estate of whatever nature and wheresoever found,I give,devise,
and bequeath to my nieces and nephews,in equal shares,share and
share alike:James Blaine Aiken of Shelton,Connecticut;David
William Aiken of Newbury Park ,California;Barbara Aiken Brooks of
North Ridge,
Waterbury,Connecticut;and Nancy Jane Aiken of/California.
THIRD:I hereby nominate,constitute,and appoint
Marie Cameron Cree of Aliquippa,Pennsylvania,and James Blaine
Aiken of Shelton,Connecticut,to be the Executors of this My Last
Will and Testament,to serve without bond.
FOURTH:I direct that my Executors retain the law
firm of BLOOM, BLOOM,ROSENBERG &BLOOM,washington,Pennsylvania,
to act as counsel in the settlement of my estate.
