LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I,GERTRUDE FIELDER,Widow,of 78 Ellis Avenue,
Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being of ~ound and
disposing mind,memory and understanding,do hereby make,publish
and declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and
making void any and all other Wills by me heretofore made.
1.I direct that all of my just debt and funeral
expenses be paid as soon as may be conveniently done after my
decease.
2.After the payment of all my funeral expenses and
any other bills that'r may owe at the time of my death,I give,
devise and bequeath in equal shares to my two daughters,ADDIE
CLUNER and VIRGINIA TAYLOR,all monies which I may have on deposi
in the bank.
3.I give,devise and bequeath all of my real estate,
household furniture and furnishings to my two sons,ROY FIELDER
and ELMER FTELDER,share and share alike.
4.I hereby nominate,constitute and appoint my son,
ROY FIELDER,as the Executor of this my Last Will and Testament.
5.I do further direct that my Executor retain the
~ervices of JAMES C.BANE to assist him in the settlement of my
estate.
IN .TNESS WHEREOF,I have hereunto set my hand and
seal this 13th day of January,1963.
