KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,Ruth Drinkwater,
of The Borough of New Eagle,Wasnington County,Pennsylvania,hav-
ing full legal capacity in the premises,do hereb~make and publish
this my Last Will and Testament (hereby revoking and making void
any and all will or wills by me at anJ'time heretofore made),in
manner and form as follows:
1.I direct that my Executrix,hereinafter named,
shall,as soon after my decease as may be expedier.t and proper,
pay all of my just debts,funeral expenses,transfer inheritance
taxes upon my estate and the costs of the settlement of my estate.
2.All of the rest and residue of my estate,both
=eal and personal,and wheresoever situate or found,of which I
may die seized or possessed,or to which I may be =ntitled at the
~ime of my decease,and remaining after the paymen~of the several
~tems mentioned in the foregoing Paragraph 1.hereof,I will,de-
vise and bequeath unto my husband,James H.Drinkwater,Sr.,in
fee simple and absolutely,providing,however,that my said hus-
band shall survive me in life.In the event that my said husband,
James H.Drinkwater,Sr.,shall predecease me,ther.and in that
event,I will,devise and bequeath such residuum estate in equal
one-third shares to my three children,viz:one-third part thereof
t~my daughter,Alice Garbart,wife of Emmett G.G~rbart,of New
E~gle,Pe~Dsylvania;one-third part thereof to my d~ughter,Ruth
W)od,wife of JOM C.Wood,of City of Monongahela,Pennsylvania;
a~d one-third part thereof to my son,James H.Dri~ater,Jr.,of
New Eagle,Pennsylvania,in fee simple and absolute~y,their heirs
and assigns forever.
3.I hereby appoint my daughter,Alice Garbart,to
be the Executrix of this my Last Will and Testament.
IN fITNESS ~EREOF,I,Ruth Drinkwater,t~e Testatrix,
have hereunto set my hand and seal thiS~day of th.ay in the
year one thousand nine hundred and forty-nine.
