FIRST:I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and satisfied as soon as may be after my death. SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath all my estate, real,personal and mixed,and wheresoever the same may be situate to my wife, Margaret G.Anderson,provided she survives me for a period of thirty (30)days.
