Testament,hereby ~evoking in full any and all Wills heretofore
made by me:
FIRST:I direct my personal representative,
hereinafter named,to pay my debts and funeral expenses.
SECOND:All the rest,residu:,and remainder
of my property,whether real,personal,or mixed,of whatsoever
nature or deEcription,and wheresoever situated,I give to my
husband,WILLIAM L.GOLDEN,to be his,absolutely,forever.
THIRD:In the event that my ~usband pre-
deceases me,I give,devise,and bequeath all the residue of my
estate,whether real,personal,or mixed,of whatsoever nature
or description,and wheresoever situated,unto my children,
WILLIAM DAUN GOLDEN,of West pike Run Township,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,and FR~CES RO~~INE HINERMAN,of Smith Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,in equal shares,to be theirs,
absolutely,forever.
FOURTH:I name,constitute,and appoint my
husband,WILLIAM L.GOLDEN,to be Executor of ~his,my Last will
and Testament;but if my husband shall predecease me I name and
appoint my children,WILLIAM DAUN GOLDEN and FRANCES ROMAINE
HINERMAN,to ~e Executor and Executrix of this,my Last Will and
Testament.
