publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,in manner and form forlowing,hereby
revoking any will or will8 heretofore made by me.
First.1 direct that all my just debts and funeral expeMes be fully paid and satisfied,as soon
as conveniently may be,after my decease.
Second.I do hereby give,deVise and b e uaath all of m.y property,
real,perso al and mixed,wheresoever situate,that I may have the
right to dispose of at the time of my death,to ....y wife,OL RA

Third.In theevent that my wife above named,will have pre-
deased me,I do then direct that a~l of the estate to which she would
have been entitled thereto,shall then be divided into equal shares

children shall be under the age of twenty one,I do then a point my
brother,ARNO D BENNITT FINE,of Allegheny county,Penna.to be the
