LAST WILL)AND TESTAMENT
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS,that I,MAY S.ALLEN,
of the Borough of North Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
being of sound mind,memory md understanding,do hereby make,pub-
lish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,hereby
revoking any and all former Wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
And as to all of my estate,whether the same be real,
personal or mixed,of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever
situate,of which I die seized and possessed,I give,devise and
bequeath as follows:
FIRST:I direct the payment out of my estate
of my last illenss and funeral as soon as conveniently possible
after my decease.
SECOND:All the rest,residue and remainder of
my estate of whatsoever kind and nature and wheresoever situate,
I give,devise and bequeath unto my beloved children DALE STACY
ALLEN and LORA MAXINE HARB,in equal one-half (1/2)shares.
THIRD:I nominate,constitute and appoint
DALE STACY ALLEN,Executor of this my Last Will and Testament
not
and further direct that he shall/be required to enter security
in any jurisdiction in which he may act.
